An unauthorized transaction happened to my account a few days ago for $300. Somehow someone figured out my password and decided to take my money. I contacted paypal about this case and the told me because I used that particular computer a long time ago there is nothing I or they can do. So I said to them because I used a computer that could have been from a hotel, motel or an old flings house there is nothing they can do when they have the persons information who did that transaction. I'm sorry but payal is suppose to be the safest way to do transactions or so they say like my personal safety box. That to me is bull crap especially because I'm in Israel visiting family and that transaction was made from the U.S. I could not even buy food for my daughter and pay for for her daycare services because paypal could not do nothing about it, or even reverse it so please if someone knows how to help me resolve this matter, please help me because I feel helpless right now especially because I'm visiting my family on the other side of the planet.
