I recently opened a business account. This is a social club that has a very small income (under $5,000 per year). We applied for and received a 501 (c) 3 status with the IRS. We are not not profit, we are just tax exempt. Pay pal has the account locked until lots of info is supplied to them. They want proof of tax exemption. Would a copy of my EIN # from the IRS be proof enough ?
Also the want information in a file format about the business, how do I do that ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
