I have seen MANY have this issue, and thus I DO NOT understand why paypal does not have a faq for this. It's just silly. Even searching the other posts, there was no walk through for how to properly solve this problem.
As with everyone else, I have a pre-paid Mastercard debit gift card. I cannot add it to my account because, of course, it does not have a valid billing address. As such, I need to know how to add the card's balance to my paypal account.
Any and all help will be VERY much appreciated, as when I called customer service, no one seemed to be able to help, despite the hour I spent waiting on hold. >.<
