I sold an item on ebay and accepted payment through paypal. When the money was sent by the buyer, it was sent to an old email address and I could not claim the payment. I can't seem to get any help through paypal that would be an acceptable solution. Please Help, what is the easiest way for my customer to get payment to me. We are going on over a week with unclaimed payment becasue of the email address and I cannot ship the product
If the payment was sent to an email address that is not registered or incorrect, then the sender can cancel it from the transaction details otherwise, if the transaction remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will be returned to the sender. You need to contact the sender as there's really not much else that can be done.
