I am having an issue printing a international label...this is what happens....I fill in all the info then click pay and continue, the print label window opens up and I see "processing" in the top right corner, all the info appears then all of a sudden the window closes and my account is charged like I printed the label , but I didnt.....anyone know how to correct this?
