payment stated as received but not in my balance...

I sold a CD on E-bay about two weeks ago, and its marked as payment received and also stated as completed on paypal. But my balance is 0.00. So my question is where is the money I received?

Login to your PayPal account... is your payment subject to the 21-day eBay Item Hold...

payment status is "On Hold - Ship Now" ?

I have the same issue as well. Ebay shows payment made, buyer has received the product, but Paypal shows no transactions received within the past month. It's a maze trying to figure out how to contact anyone at Paypal. Any suggestions?

If the buyer has paid using PayPal and the payment doesn't show in your PayPal account history, most likely the payment was sent to an email address which is not linked to your PayPal account.

You may have misspelled your PayPal email address in the payments section of your eBay listing or you may have used an old email address. To check this, click on the "Relist" link for that item and look in the payments section for the PayPal email address.

If you have access to that email address, login to your PayPal account and "Add" the email address to your account. The payment will show up right after you confirm the email address.

Otherwise, you will need to ask the buyer to cancel the payment and resend to your correct email address. Send the buyer a PayPal invoice (Request Money) from your PayPal account to make it easier for the buyer to pay.

I'm having the same issue. It's not that I put the wrong email on my ebay account either. All other payments has been received by me without any problem. Also the payment shows up on my pay pal recent transactions, so I know it's in there, but it's just not on my balance. What's the deal on this? Is there anyone we can talk to on this?

Have a look at My Account, History, All Activity(with balence) and it may be that the money you have from selling has been used to pay for something or part pay - or it may be that the buyer has some protection? and the money is held for some time??????
