i bought a virtual private server 3 days ago and opened a dispute to the seller before yesterday ... it was because i didn't get the vps info to connect to it but after a few hours i got my info ... but know the vps doesn't work and seller isnt doing anything about it ... i tried opening another dispute but i cant ... how can i get my money back? if their is a contact email i can use to contact paypal about this, please reply with it... i really want my money back... thanks
