i advertised on craigslist, and coordinated payment via messenger and email, i was selling information that was worth up to $750, i sold for $600, (fyi this is my first time using paypal) the person sent the money, $600 to my paypal account, i set up a withdrawal of 500 because that is the maximum to my bank account, i figure i have the money, i give the person the information they paid for and now 2 days later i get an email from paypal saying that they are holding my money, cancelling my withdrawal to my bank account and that i may lose the money....
the person i sold the information to is now using it, and may recieve their money back simply because paypal thinks that my transaction is fraudulent.
help please i feel like ive been scammed by both paypal and the person i sold the information to
