I ordered two ipod touches from a seller on ioffer.com and I received a fake gold necklace in a red box. I'm not the only one who this has happened too. I read the sellers feedback and someone else mentioned they received a necklace also. Obviously he's scamming people. How can I get a full refund??
Open a claim and just say you want to return the item. Then just send the neckless back to him with a tracking number. But don't forget to give the tracking number to paypal when they request it.
