I have recently opened a paypal account. I dont necessarily want to put money in it, i just want to buy things off of ebay once in awhile and most people only accept pay pal. i just want to know if there are going to be fees, and or money taken out of my account. if so how much? if i make a purchase how long will it take for the transaction to go through? i didnt seem to be getting anywhere with the website. please help lol.
If you don't have funds in your PayPal Account, that's OK as the funds will come from your linked bank account or credit card to pay for the purchase. Funds will be taken almost immediately when you make a purchase.
