i just got my paypal account and recently won an auction on ebay now i have my debit card added to paypal but my question is can my brother buy my winnings for me with his actual credit card if he is not linked to my paypal account or do i have to add him
Generally, you can only use funding sources that are linked to your account, such as you Bank Account, Debit or Credit Card.
However, your brother could take cash out at an ATM from his Credit Card. Then go to a retail store that provides MoneyPaks and purchase a Green Dot card with the cash.
