I received an e-mail from"Palspka" saying that my pay pal account has been limited. There was a link to a web page to correct the "problem" when I clicked on it it took me to a page that was "broke" and gave me another link to a different page. I went no father now wanting to be scammed. I have not noticed any limitations to my account access. If this is a scam how do I find out for sure (with out risking my account) so that I can give a proper report?
