I signed up for PayPal (US) because I needed an account where I can receive money. This is because if I sign up under my country of origin (Brunei), I cannot receive payments. So the issue is, I have a some money in my Paypal(US) account but there is no way I can withdraw it without verifying my account. So is it possible for PayPal to just send a check to my home address in Brunei instead?
