Withdraw Funds by Check Made Out To Someone?

I don't have a paypal debit card and I'd like to pay a bill via Check from Paypal? At least, would it be possible for the check to be mailed to me but made out to someone else so I can then mail it? Thanks!

If you request a check, it is made out to you.  There's no features or options to request a check and have it payable to someone else.

It seems reasonable... "made out to name, address" and for extra security mailed out to me.

The only problem I see is the check's made out to address is currently used as the mailing address throught the clear part of the envelope?
