What to do when you keep getting threating emails- Life threating emails? HELP!

I keep getting life threating emails from person and have repeatly asked ebay to block them from contacting me,

Why won't ebay block them or kick them off ebay site if they are breaking a lot of ebay policies let alone the law? HELP!,

I have attempted to get ebay to do something and it still continues. This person is stalker nuts for sure!

The police are monitoring my emails now and are tracking the sender so thats is nice. He has broken the law acording to them, yet ebay won't stop him from harrassing me, any help is great.

Homeland Security can give you assistance. 

Call the Secret Service, the number is on the first page of the phone book.

You should print out & save all the offending emails.

Thank you, I was told as long as this is being tracked now by state police they send on / are linked to other agencies as well so maybe that is one of them. I never did ask who is part of it but know the FBI also knows now and monitors things like this as well when informed by ICU-lnternet crime units because its accross state lines. I was advised to close my account sinse I myself can not over-ride this nut case connecting thru sight, only owner of sight has to do it and so far I have not gotten any response and it continues. Hard to close account with pending items on it and no way to block person myself, i tryed already. I'm not saying anything bad about site, I simple don't understand why its still happening when the person broke a lot of their own policies as well, strange for sure. Who would ever want to invest this much time and money again for some deranged person to destroy it overnight. I all but lost faith in doing this ever again. Thank god for the police, they care. I appreciate your information.
