I have a serious problem with Paypal about a transaction.  Paypal made a serious mistake once, repeated it twice.  How can  I contact Paypal, either by email, by phone, by correspondence or othewise?  They are at fault and they don't want to answer question. hoping I will be discouraged trying and drop the matter.  I want to get in touch with eBay or Paypay.  Community Center ands Sarah are no help. Help!  help!  What kind of operation is that?  Will someone please answer? 

 If I can't contact Paypal, can I contact eBay?  Everything  in this operation is floating in cyberspace and can't be reached.
