Can anyone help here....
I was printing shipping labels from my ebay...I was rushing and when the payapl window popped up to pay and print your label I quickly clicked it and then clicked back to the paypal page. Well. the USPS pop up window to print your label never appeared. I went back and selected the transaction and clicked on Reprint Label and nothing happened. Nothing. Closed everything out, went back to ebay. Started a different shipping transaction, same thing...got to the end, hit Pay and Print and no window popped up. Both transactions are showing in my account, but I can't print the labels. Have several more packages to ship and can't finish! Would anyone know what I did by clicking by so fast? I've done this a million times and this has never happened. My pop up blocker is not on, but it appears some connection to USPS has somehow been disabled. Don't know where to go for help!
