USPS Scan/Acceptance form

I use Paypal Multi-shipping. I DO NOT use USPS click-n-ship. There is supposed to be a Scan/Acceptance form that prints out at the end so whether you have 1 or 100 packages this form will have all info printed on one page with ONE barcode for the post office to scan. It will insert all tracking #'s into their system at one time so buyers can see that you actually mailed it and they can follow it. The post office will not scan individual packages if you do online shipping. Not Ebay, Paypal or the USPS can tell me how to print this form. Does anyone out there know?? I have been doing this since October and all of my tracking #'s have been pretty much worthless. I even rec'd a newsletter from ebay promoting this SCAN form but no one can tell me.

When you click "Print" to print your Postage Lables, you should actually see 3 options, 1) Print a Sample label 2) Print Scan Form 3) Print Label. So normally you would print the postage labels first, verify that everything came out okay, then print your scan form. After I am done printing labels, if I have logged off and left the screen, maybe printed labels throughout the day, and now ready to print the Acceptance Scan Form for the entire days orders, I log back into the MultiOrderShipping program, click on the History tab, then click "Reprint" (under the word History and to the right), and those same 3 options pop up again, allowing me to click "Print Scan Form" now that I am ready to give the packages to the mailman/office. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need further clarification.

I don't have the scan form option! What do I do? I won't ship without a scan form.

Thank-you! I just ran into this problem myself!  I did not realize Paypal shipping offered this 😞 now , I refunds to give because Packages have been shipped and either stuck some where or very slow in arriving. This will prove mailing of them which regular delivery conf. is simply a waste when it comes to "proving " you have indeed shipped an item.

I found out about the SCAN form from my post office, due to the fact they have lost 3 of my packages in the last 2 months. thank you to everyone for these postings!!  This is a wonderful tool. WHY has ebay not promoted it to the sellers more? It seems like ebay only cares about the buyers. : (  this form s/b automatic when creating online postage.
