I have Windows 7 on my desktop which is connected to a wireless network in my home. When try to install the download for the Paypal application to appear on my browser toolbar, get an error message saying "URL not recognized". This happens after the install wizard completes and have remaining to choose a security picture. Is this a network setting thing? Help...I know enough to get most things working on my home computer system, but am not a computer geek.
