Transfer money to bank account problem

I had money on my paypal balance which I transfered to my bank account. The My Account page is telling me that the transfer from my paypal balance to my bank account was "completed" on October 29 2009 at 08:51:54 PDT. However, I'm checking my bank account balance online and I dont see the funds added to the account. Was there something wrong with the transaction? If so, who do I need to contact?

For anyone questioning Paypal when you're transferring money to your bank account- don't. It does

take 3-4 business days.

This is a USA banking law- not Paypal.

Ok so I received money, linked my bank account and transferred the money to my checking on 2/9/10. This morning, 2/11/10, I got an email that said there was problem with bank account. My bank account was unconfirmed and the money was returned. I now have $0 balance in my paypal account so I guess the money is being returned to my paypal account or the sender's paypal/bank account. I'm not sure how that works. I have now confirmed my bank account but can't transfer money from my paypal account to my bank account because there is no money in my paypal account. 1.) When there is a problem with bank account and the money is returned, is it returned to my paypal account or to the sender? 2.) How many days does it take for the money to be returned to my paypal account or to the sender? I have no idea where the money was "returned" to so now all I can do is ask questions and wait. Thank you in advance.
