I use PayPal to buy stuff all the time. Now I'm trying to sell something, and the buyer wants to pay with PayPal. I don't have a website; my only communication with the buyer is via email. How does he pay me with PayPal and my existing PayPal account?
Thanks

If you plan to be a seller, then suggest upgrading your Account to either a Premier or Business Account as Personal Accounts do have their limitations and work best if you just want to be an online buyer. Then use the Request Money feature or the Invoice Tool which allows you to send the buyer and email invoice.
