Send Money to Seller's Bank Account?

Is there any way to do an international wire transfer through PayPal (from the US to a bank account in Sweden)?

I know and trust the vendor but they are not set-up to accept payment via an individual's email.  I would like to make the payment in Kroner and I know that PayPal does this but the only payment option appears to be directly to an individual's email.

Not possible as there are no features or options to do what you have in mind.
