Seller refunded my money to Paypal but my bank account doesn't have it yet

How long does it take Paypal to refund a bank account? The seller refunded the entire amount to Paypal but I am wondering how long it will take for my bank to be refunded. I thought this could be done very quickly. I am seeing on here that many people are disgruntled with Paypal so I PLAN TO N EVER EVER use it again!!! It has been almost impossible to get a human on the phone, and when I did finally, it didn't speak English and just kept repeating the same thing over & over.

 I got frauded on ebay last week. It was my first time ever buying something. my husband is the one that uses it. Any how, I got frauded buying Uggs go figure. Any how my credit card and my pay pal account got refunded in about two days.

 I then find a website to buy a pair of boot from on line and I bought them. But when I went back to look for the website threw UggAustralia I can't find this one website, it's like is disapeared... of course I can't talk to pay pal because there isn't a human working at this time of night... but their are fraudulent buyers and sellers working all hours of the night. if this ends up another fraud purchase for me, i will never use pay pal or buy another thing off the web....

I don't understand what you mean. 

Did you make the second purchase on eBay?  If you made a purchase on a site then couldn't find the site later, you may be typing it wrong.  Did you get any email confirmation of the purchase? If so, you should check to make sure you're going to the same site the confirmation email shows.

What site did you purchase from?

I ended up finding the site I purchased my items on and I read the blogs... the site is a fraud site and i have a case open with pay pal.. thank you for your response.

How long has it been?  I have had refunds take 3-5 business days.

Are you sure it wasn't refunded to your paypal balance?  I paid for an auction through paypal that took the $$ from my bank, but the refund was to my paypal balance and I had to transfer the funds to the bank.

Then how do I go about getting Paypal to send the money to my bank? Paypal doesn't answer any questions.

I told by pay pal that even if you pay from a checking account or savings, the refund will be put back into your pay pal account, not your bank account... I have a case open right now and i paid with both my pay pal account and my checking account and they advised me that the whole refund will be put back into my pay pal account not my checking... good luck

Then how do I get paypal to refund the money to my bank? Paypal has no 800 number so I can't call from work since cell phones won't work in my school. Should I get the bank to do a claim form?

The seller refunded my money and I verified that I had a positive balance on my PayPal account.  Great, well when I went to make a purchase two months later there was a zero balance and it had not been credited to my bank account.  Anyone?  Fortunately it was not a lot of money, but that that is not the point.  If anyone has any ideas for me I would appreciate it.
