Removing a bank account

I have been trying to remove a bank account from my profile.  I keep getting the reply that there is still a transaction pending.  All my transactions have "Completed" status.

It usually takes 5 to 7 days to completely complete a transaction. After that , you may need to contact pay pal directly. ^_^ Hope this helps.
