How does one make sure they got a refund for unused shipping bought through paypal?
I payed for an online shipping label for an international destination and then voided the label after re-weighing the item at the USPS office. My Account Overview area doesn't seem to show a credit after 6 days now.
How can I check. And if the credit was not made how would I go about requesting it again?
