Refund problem with postal service

How long does it take to get a refund from USPS?  On march 1st I made an error on a multi-package shipment and requested a refund.  It's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything or seen my money.

Two to three weeks with the Postal Service is not unusual.   However, suggest checking with them on the status.

It took about 6 weeks for me.  They want to be sure you didn't use the label.
