I recently paid for an ebay item using paypal, but the seller does not accept paypal. Yet, the transaction went through and i am willing to pay them through their preferred methods, but how can i get my money back through paypal?
thank you

Login to your PayPal account... if the payment has a "Cancel" option, click on the "Cancel" link... canceling the payment will return the funds to your PayPal account balance or your credit/debit card account if the payment was credit/debit card funded.
If there is no "Cancel" option, ask the seller to refund your PayPal payment.

k, I have asked them to refund the money and told them how to do it, but I don t think they even use PayPal so the transaction should not have been completed. Are there any other non-resolution center options?
Also, the transaction would have not been completed if they did not sign onto PayPal to claim it, right?

Does PayPal even confirm payments to someone without a PayPal account? I m guessing no but I thought I d ask.
