Problems With Multi Order Shipping Tool-Can Not See Items To Be Shipped?

The multi order shipping tool "looks" to be a great help in printing shipping lables, package lists and shipping multiple items, but it will not show me the detailed items list. It will only show me the shipping address of the buyer and seller. Can anyone help???

I'd appreciate a response to this as well. It's unusable for me since it doesn't say what the person ordered. Ridiculous.

Hi All,

To have packing slips printed automatically after your labels are created:

1. Click "Edit" in the top toolbar and a  menu appears.
2. Select "Settings" from the  menu.
3. A new  window opens. Click the "Print Settings" link.
4. Check the "Packing Slip" box.
5. Click "OK."

Have you ever used this program before?? Even if you could get a packing slip to print with all the pertinent information on it it wouldn't do you any good since you need the packing slip before you print the label not after.
