Pennding Payment

Ok, I am sure you all have seen this same post, but I still dont understand.

I have a payment pending from a customer on an ebay item.  It has been over a year since I used ebay so I have no feedback on record.

I read "what can id do to avoid payment holds"  but  I can not and will not send the item untill payment has cleared. (it's about $2,000)

How do I get it to clear!?!?!

Hi rettroinc-

If you choose to take no action, you will have to wait 21 days from the date of payment for the hold to lift.  It can also be lifted if the buyer leaves positive feedback, as you've ruled out the trackable proof of delivery option from the seller's side.
