Forgive the rant I'm about to unload:
A feww weeks ago, I erroneously selected the wrong funding source for a transaction. I immediately transferred the money to cover my mistake into Paypal but of course that doesn't matter. It HAS to use my alternate funding source. So I call Paypal to see what they can do. Nothing they say. It's all automatic. So sorry. Maybe you should pay more attention next time. Whatever. So it gets paid over a week later after my bank rejects it 3 times. Which incurs me over $100 in bank charges. Thanks to Wells Fargo though. They listen to my story and waive all the fees and advise me that they've gotten a ton of complaints about PayPal's ACH and EFT processing. So I transfer the money I had originally transferred into PayPal back out to pay my alternate funding source. I'm **bleep** but I get over it.
Today, I'm getting ready to pay two vendors and find out that PayPal has shut down my instant transfer capability because of what happened. And of course the PayPalBots in Script Reading Service can't do anything about it. So sorry. It's all automated. AND, they hang up on me while transferring me to someone else who no doubt will say the same thing. I called them back and cursed them out in Tagalog. They can't hide where they are with their westernized names and cheery, classroom American accents.
So now, one bad click and now I'm completely hosed. My account history doesn't count for squat. Now, I have to pay vendors through a credit card instead of through my business checking account. My finance guy is going ape_sh!t. And there's NOTHING I can do about it.
