I sent $41.00 to a seller thru Paypal. Paypal sent the seller $41.00 twice[$81.00]. The seller sent back $41.00, then Paypal deducted from my bank account the first $41.00 another $41.00 now another $41.00. That is $123.00 for a $41.00 transaction. I cannot get "Sarah" to understand and trying to get in touch with Paypal is not happening..What can I do to get my money back into my account.
