Hi everyone -
Is anybody else having a problem today (Thurs) with shipping through paypal. I've been trying all day and can't print postage. Is it me or is it paypal??
When you have issues like this, open a Support Ticket here. The Techs can check and see if there are system issues or not.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
