I tried to purchase to purchase a new PS3 for 390 dollars. with the CA sales tax it came to 428.03. My seller told me he was out of stock and if I wanted a used one instead. I told him no and to cancel the eCheck. He was able to cancel it. Since the eCheck was still being processed Paypal sent me an email saying my 428.03 dollars will get refunded into my PayPal account within a few moments. So I waited a couple hours, I logged back into my PayPal account my balance was still 0.00 dollars. I checked my bank account as well and it wasn't there either. I want to know if Paypal takes a while to refund the money, and if so how long?? or do I have to take some sort of action first??
