I got an $8.00 surcharge from UPS on an eBay shipped item for using an erroneous address label printed from PayPal's shipping service. The Zip Code was wrong. I tried to contact PayPal about this, but as you know, that's almost impossible. Is there any recourse, or is it just Tough Noogies?
