PROBLEM: This recipient is currently unable to receive money

Hi
I get a "This recipient is currently unable to receive money"
when trying to send money to another PayPal user.
Get this error when trying to send money via paypal's own site (paypal.com)
Don't know if the recipients account is Personal or Business`.
Sent message to the recipient asking him to verify that his account is in working order
Been googling for this problem and found lot of information, but none that gives me advice on what I should do. So that's why I post this message.
Any suggestions?

Are sure the recipient has a valid PayPal Account? Also ensure that the email address is correct.

Sounds like the user you are trying to pay has just had his/her account limited. Do not pass judgment on the other party yet as everyone will eventually run into this problem. Some members get it cleared up within 1-14 days and others receive an e-mail about "the parting of ways" so I would give it time to see if the other party can keep his/her PayPal account or if they need to point you to another payment processor.
