I'm having the same flipping problem. This never happens with I use UPS labels, only USPS. It's really ticks me off how often this seems to happen.

I have the same problem clicked print label from the label window that pops-up and It prints sample across the printout, I tried reprinting the label with same problem. I was using google chrome, but I doubt it is a browser problem, some problem with the software from pitney bose not allowing the lable to br printed correctly I sure hope I get my refund back on my shipping label.

Hi, from what I am getting it sounds like you are clicking on the "print sample label" instaed of clicking to the right of it and printing the actaul label. Make sure you allow pop-ups though! Hope this helps.

I had the same issue and tried 3 different transactions to see if it was something strange with them. I now have 3 seperate requests for refund for my postage cost. Where do I go to get that resolved?
On a good note, I was using Chrome initially and thought I would try IE to see if that made a difference. It did. All my lables printed successfully via IE. I suppose "Internet Exploder" is good for something.
Elit_sales, please read the initial post where the member clearly stated that he clicked the "print label" radio button.

I too had the same problem with no solution. Only prints Sample Label even when trying to print actual label.
And to the moron who said we must just be hitting the wrong button.....go jump off a cliff you idiot. We are not that stupid.

this is a compatibility issue between USPS label-pitneybowes whatever the label software is on and Chrome browser. It has totally messed up several labels for me and yes it prints only the sample label EVEN when you click on print real label. Sad but true.
