PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE TO INVALID TRANS # AS PACKAGE RETURNED & I RESHIPPED
I ORIGINALLY RECEIVED PAYMENT AND SHIPPED AN ITEM.
THE POSTAL SERVICE RETURNED PACKAGE DUE TO PACKAGING ERROR. I COULD NOT CANCEL LABEL SO I ERRENTLY CHOSE "SHIP ANOTHER," THEN PROCEEDED TO PROCESS EXPRESS SHIPPING WHICH, OF COURSE, GENERATES A NEW TRACKING NUMBER.
THIS SHOWS AS DELIVERED PER USPS WEBSITE, BUT I OBVIOUSLY WILL NOT GET MY $$ AS IT'S ATTACHED TO A TR # THAT IS INVALID. OR WILL I? ADDED THE NEW TR. # TO THE TR DETAILS.
IT'S A MESS. IT'S ALL MY FAULT. I DID EMAIL CUSTOMER CARE BUT WONDERING IF ANYBODY HERE HAD AN IDEA HOW THIS CAN BE RESOLVED AND I CAN GET MY $$ ASAP.
