Next Steps After Fraud Resolution

I was the sender in an eBay auction. The item was sent in excellent condition with local UPS Store professional wrapping and shipping.

The receiver stated the item "looked like it was dropped from a building" and "metal bent and bent back" and etc. Receiver requested immediate refund. I offered UPS recovery and inspection and full refund after they found UPS had been the problem. Receiver refused to produce pictures of the damaged item/packaging. Receiver refused to let UPS retrieve the item/packaging for inspection. Receiver continued to press for a full refund. Receiver then used their credit card company to file a complaint that I had used his credit card without his knowledge. Receiver continued to press for a full refund.

After almost 1 month of PayPal arbitration, PayPal found in my favor, removed the hold from my account, and I can now go on about my business.

The whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth. As far as I can tell, Gary Winters attempted to commit a fraud by attempting to keep the computer and keep the money. I would like to pursue this further but am not sure how to do so. Can anyone comment on next logical steps?

Thanks.
