Okay, I'm having the same problem as others. I have 2 shipping methods, "Ground", and "Pickup". When customers go to their cart and put in their zip code, the shipping costs come up as $0.00 without any option to select either "Ground" or "Pickup". I've read that the actual selection of the shipping method doesn't occur until later in the purchase process... so could we eliminate the shipping cost estimator somehow? It just seems problematic, any ideas?
If you have your shipping methods properly setup, they really do work.
