MultiOrder Shipping doesn't show item information

I'm the owner of a small business and recently started using MultiOrder Shipping instead of processing individual orders. However, my item information (item #, title, and quantity) doesn't show in the order. I input the item information into the 'Add to Cart' buttons for my website. Do I need to put this information somewhere else in my account as well? Or how do I get my product information to show in the order invoices?

I've been using Multi Order shipping for some time now, and it has never shown my item information -- I sure wish it did!
