Mass Payment

Hello I was wondering which kind of PayPal Account should Mass Pay Payees should have in order to receive payment from this service. And also what fees apply ?

Normally one has a Business Account and then signs up for Mass Pay.

actually, just having a premier account is sufficient.  there's no additional sign up for MassPay needed.  just tried that myself, and worked fine.
