I bought 3 items. 2 were completely defective. 1 was okay. I alerted the seller who said he did not accept returns (I knew this from the original posting), but he would refund the purchase price. He didn't offer to refund shipping.
What is customary for this situation? For a defective item, should the seller refund the shipping as well as the purchase price?
