It sure would save me some time if I could import any and all new invoices from Quick Books into Pay Pal invoices. For the time being I have to enter all invoices twice. Once in QB and again in Pay Pal. Is there an easier way to send invoices from QB and Pay Pal together?

Unfortunately PayPal and QuickBooks don't play well together. It's been a know issue for quite some time and neither company wants to take the initiative to resolve the import/export compatibly problems.

I, too, send QB invoices and would like to have my customers pay with PayPal. The poster states that duplicate invoicing is prepared. Is the QB or PP invoice sent to the customer? Is the QB invoice being prepared solely for collection data? I'd prefer to keep my QB invoicing since I spent a good amount of time customizing just what I wanted. Is preparing duplicate invoices the only solution?
