I understand from previous questions, that If I invoice via paypal, and I get a check, I can deposit it in my linked bank account, and manually mark it as paid.
1) If is it my linked account, is they anyway to simplify or automate the to note the invoice was paid?
2) If the invoiced customer does not have have PayPal, can they still see a record of invoices?
3) Does PayPal offer a service to import our QuickBooks invoices?

if a buyer pays you with a check which does not bounce and he does not file dispute as he cant, you are one lucky seller.
you save 30 cents plus 2.9%
if it is a paypal invoice,no one cares whther it is paid or not, just leave it alone,I dont think there is a way to mark it,you can delete it ,sometimes the buyer will delte it on his end.
as to where you deposit it,deposit to any bank you like,it is outside Paypal.
just remember since he pays check,he cannot file item dispute with paypal or credit card issuer
