I had changed the credit card info on my paypal account a month or so ago. The card that was used to purchase the item which was in dispute is no longer valid. I was awarded a refund this weekend, but the refund was put on my old card which is not valid. How do I have the refund transferred to my new card, which is and has been the active card on my account for a month?
