Hi, I have created an account in 2014 and haven't completed the bank confirmation step. Now, I need to complete this step to get a refund on an ebay product. Paypal says that it would credit a certain amount of money into my account twice, which I need to use as a validation to complete that step. I am lost right at this step. Did Paypal credit it at the time of account creation? Or would it do it now? How will I know when did they deposit? This is critical for me to complete this step and get back my money from the seller. Many thanks for your help in advance.
