How to remove an old account that's no verified?

I tried to remove an old bank account.

I click on Remove, and the paypal message tells me I can't remove a pending account.

That is totally stupid.

A person should be able to remove an account verified or not.

Does anyone know who to do that?

Only PayPal's Customer Service can help.   They can look at your account and assist.
