How to get my money Back?

I agreed with the seller to cancel the transaction I paid for. The seller told me he will contact Ebay. But, what for me? What can I do ?  what is the the procedure to fellow to get my money back. How long does it take.

The seller should refund your PayPal payment. If the seller refuses to refund, login to your PayPal account, click on the "Resolution Center" tab and open an INR (Item Not Received) dispute. If the seller fails to refund within a few days, escalate the dispute to a claim.

PayPal has time limits for opening a dispute and escalating to a claim... the dispute must be opened no more than 45 days after payment was sent... the dispute must be escalated to a claim no more than 20 days after the dispute was opened... be sure to not miss those deadlines.
