How do i get my money

I already shipped the item and put in the details box a tracking number. So why my funds are still pending?

Hi erachel,

if you already shipped the item but you payment is still on hold, it is because for it to be released, PP needs to confirm that the item is delivered to buyer.

your money will be released when 1 of these 3 options happens:

- buyer gives you a positive feedback

- it passes 3 days since item appears as delivered to buyer

- it passes 21 days without buyer creating a dispute for item.

Orginally you should have receive an email explaining the eBay/PayPal "hold" policy.  The "hold" policy is explained here.
