How do i get e-bay to accept my paypal payment

My Paypal account is set up for me to put money from my bank account into Paypal when i want to make a purchase. When i try to make a purchase on e-bay using paypal it is asking me for my paypal credit card info,i do not have a credit card on my Paypal account

Have you properly linked your PayPal Account to your eBay Account?
